How do I layer serums?

Our serum cheat sheet can help you understand the function of our different serums and how they can be combined or layered to maximise their benefits.

For example, you may have a few different skin concerns that you'd like to address, such as fine lines, dark spots, and dehydrated skin. You could use a different serum for each concern and it's also possible to layer serums and save time or simplify your skin care routine.

Just keep in mind that when layering serums, you'll still want to follow the general rule of lighter textures first, heavier textures last.

In any case, our serum cheat sheet gives you a good starting point for figuring out which serums to use and in what order, to achieve the best results for your skin.

1. Apply your serum after cleansing or exfoliating.

    • Only layer 2 serums at a time, staring with the lightest.
    • You don't have to wait for a serum to be completely absorbed before you layer up!
    • Hyaluronic Acid 1% should be applied to damp skin.
    • Collagen 2% SPF should be applied over your moisturiser as your last step before applying makeup.

    2. Follow with your favourite moisturiser.

    3. Always wear SPF 30+ during the day, no matter which serum you've applied.
